A water mist system is a fire protection system which uses very fine water sprays. The small water droplets allow the water mist to control, suppress or extinguish fires by cooling both the flame and surrounding gases, displacing oxygen by evaporation, and attenuating radiant heat.
Under monitoring, the high-pressure fine mist system is maintained at 1.0~1.2 MPa. When pressure drops below 1.0MPa, the stabilizing pump starts. If pressure doesn't reach 1.2 MPa within 10 seconds, the main pump activates. The system can be started via fire alarm controller, manual buttons, or remote terminals.
