Fused Silica First Grade is produced using high purity quartz stone as raw material. Through a process of pickling treatment and high-temperature transformation at 1800ºC in a resistance furnace, crystalline silica is converted into amorphous silica. The final product is formed through special mechanical processing, screening, and iron removal, resulting in high-quality blocks, particles, and powder.
Near zero thermal expansion and extremely low thermal conductivity.
SiO2 content is above 99.95% with stable chemical properties.
Particle size close to circular with stable distribution and large packing density.
