We use carefully selected raw materials with natural grain textures. Our professional drying treatment avoids deformation and cracking caused by humidity variations. Veneer thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 0.6mm for a smooth, high-quality surface.
Options include high-density particle board with low formaldehyde release or insect-proof, mold-resistant plywood with high bending strength.
We utilize Austrian Blum hardware, featuring nickel-plated steel for durability. Silent tracks and soft-close hinges are tested for 200,000 cycles to ensure smooth, noiseless operation.
Every project undergoes a strict approval process before mass production, including prototype assessment and detailed reporting on colors and structures.
